Help ALL students, especially your ELL students, reach benchmark standards using seriously fun, engaging, and effective strategies, which can be easily adapted to all grade levels and content areas. The workshop will focus on strategies that come from the GLAD Model (Guided Language Acquisition Design) SIOP (Sheltered Instruction Observation Protocol) and Systematic ELD (English Language Development).

We will also focus on using music, rhythm, and chants to teach academic content. You will learn how to find, write, and use music to help students learn and instill enthusiasm for learning into your classroom.

These strategies will motivate your students and energize your teaching!
